So rather than completing several large assignments and receiving similar pay across the board, we disburse compensation based on time spent and productivity. This eliminates inactive personnel and maintains a positive, competitive work ethic among our staff.
Our pay rates are still among the highest in the industry, and are supplemented by great benefits, as well as percentages on CorEx's profits that are attributable to your actions on behalf of the corporation, be it bringing in new deposit accounts or finding new construction contracts.
